Organization
ABSTOR is organized around two specialized R&D labs and a dedicated PM Office. The Imaging & Vision Labr and Digital Engineering Lab operate with distinct technical responsibilities, while the PM Office coordinates requirements, schedules, quality, documentation, and external collaboration across the full project lifecycle.
We also maintain close collaborative relationships with universities and research institutions in Korea and abroad. Depending on the objectives and technical requirements of each project, we systematically engage researchers and domain experts, combining our core in-house capabilities with specialized external expertise.
This networked R&D model enables ABSTOR to support the full lifecycle—from research planning and system design to development, verification, and operational deployment.
Our lean organizational structure enables fast decision-making, direct technical communication, and flexible allocation of expertise according to project requirements.
